Intensive Easter Weekend Workshop
with the
Friday Night Drum Class

at Chauncey Ranch

April 9-11, 2004

This workshop was held with many of the intermediate students from the Friday night drum class (at Domba Studio). It was a long weekend filled with intensive work on several new rhythms. We did Balani, Soli Rapide (including sangba and dunun variations, as well as the solo origineaux) and Dunungbe. It was hard work, good eating and a lot of fun!

We had no time to take pictures during drum lessons, as Bernd was a 'slave driver'. So most of the pictures are centered around food...
